1991 U.S. Documentary covering the evolution of Eric Burdon and the Animals.  Very cool tour bus stories about Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis.  Excellent rare vintage performance and interview footage.  The disintegration of the original band is shown on video.  The members don't like Alan Price very much.  Includes "House Of The Rising Sun", "It's My Life"; "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place", "Monterey"; "C.C. Ryder"; "Shout" and many others.  Interviews include Eric Burdon, Chas Chandler, Hilton Valentine, John Steel, Brian Auger, Sammy Hagar.

1965 Oct30-1965.  U.S. TV Show.  Classic 1960's teen TV show with original commercials.  With Guests Boris Karloff, Ted Cassidy.  Bobby Sherman sings the Beatles (ouch!), Jim Doval and the Gauchos, the Wellingtons, the Blossoms.

Quality: Eric Burdon & The Animals documentary is very good quality, about an 8.5 using our website Quality Rating Table. Rock And Roll 1966 performances are mainly in very good quality, some clips in good or satisfactory quality, 8.0-8.5. Shindig Halloween is in only acceptable quality, just a nudge below 8.0.
